- Build and ship product features across a strongly typed functional stack (PureScript, Haskell); joined on contract in March 2024 and hired full-time in August 2024.
- Led the effort to integrate AI — specifically Anthropic's Claude — across the full product lifecycle, from design through development and documentation, accelerating the team's delivery of features to users.
- Incorporated Claude into the product design process to rapidly iterate on high-fidelity mockups, and embedded it throughout the development workflow.
- Authored a custom Claude skill that, via the Claude for Chrome tool, documents user workflows and automatically authors help-center articles.

- Key contributor to front-end development of vital features including long-term assignments and the global shift view, using Elm, React, TypeScript, and Node/Express JS.

- Oversaw the B2B admin dashboard that lifted NPS from the mid-50s to a world-class 70+; led a full-stack team of 5 and a front-end team of 3.
